Reset Your Password

You can change your password or at any time. When logged into SIMS ID select the down arrow next to your name (top right of the screen)

This will open the user menu. Now Choose My Profile.

The My profile screen will load. Click on the Security menu and choose Change Password

This will load the Change Password Screen

Enter your current password, new password, and confirm your new password.

As you type the new password hints are given to help you comply with the SIMS ID password complexity policy.

Changing Security Questions

Click on the Security menu and choose Security Questions

You will need to enter your new security questions as well as provide your current password.
